Frank Talk with Founders

Scale Ireland had a full room at the "Frank Talk with Founders" event on the 9th June at the AIB HQ, Dublin.

The founders shared honest insights of their challenges, fundraising journeys, work practices and how to stay focused on their key objectives.

From book recommendations to their wins and failures while building their companies, it was a lively and humourous discussion with Martina and Brian chairing the panel.

The panel included :

Scale Ireland’s State of Start-Ups Survey 2026, representing insights from 209 Founders and CEOs, gives a significant outlook to Ireland's Start-up landscape. It is supported by Google, Enterprise Ireland, Ireland Strategic Investment Fund, Research Ireland, Atlantic Bridge, Net Feasa, Skillnet Ireland and Republic of Work. Access to funding remains the biggest concern.
